Purchase Magnesium Oil 8 fl oz (237 ml) Spray

This is one of two products on Amazon I considered purchasing, the other option being, Ancient Minerals Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil 8 oz.. It appeared that each of these 8 oz bottles held the same oil with the same percentage of magnesium chloride to water, but I couldn't determine that percentage precisely because neither product specified the balance on the buying pages. I would highly recommend either of these products.

I also recommend reading reviews posted on other mg oil offerings, for info on types of uses which have been successful. I had read those, in addition to having made Google searches on mg chloride brine water prior to looking for the actual product I would purchase. Of course I'm faithful to Amazon, buying here whenever possible, due to this company's awesome venues available to authors for publishing and promoting their books; and due to Amazon's easy, extensive, economical availability of nearly anything anyone could need or want. I also buy here due to the valued assistance and plethora of useful information in customer reviews.

As you know if you've researched magnesium oil (which is not a true oil but feels like one), many people with severe magnesium deficiencies are using this type of oil transdermally to get around the difficulties of ingestion of various types of magnesium preparations. Mg deficiencies are becoming more and more prevalent, along with an increased awareness of the vital necessity of this mineral for health and maintenance of nearly ALL bodily functions. According to research, magnesium is found in and on bones, muscles, tissues, and cells; but it is not prevalent enough in blood to be determined as deficient via blood testing. I would recommend doing various Google searches on magnesium to discover how individuals have worked with this mineral in various ways to alleviate a variety of severe health issues.

I believe that magnesium deficiency shows itself in different ways in different individuals, possibly due to the uniqueness of each individual's habits and needs (and possibly due to individual differences in a "Dynamic Chemical Balance Default" or "DCBD", which is my term for an evolving concept I'm working on). In my case, the barometers of deficiency show up most dramatically in heavy cramping of abdominal and back muscles, sometimes hands and feet, even neck and jaw. The deficiency also shows itself through shortness of breath, anxiety, and lower quality of sleep. I have been taking mg oxide in tablet form for several months and have received minimal (but adequate) and slightly increasing relief of symptoms from ingestion of 1500 mg /day taken in tablet form evenings and mornings (the side effect of loose or liquid bowel movement is a blessing and feels more normal to me, and to my holistic doctor friend, than previous types of "regularity"). I decided against use of "Slow Mag" or types of mg capsules which have a higher percentage of calcium to magnesium, because it has recently been determined (more like speculated, but I agree with this) that the body needs a higher percentage of magnesium, in order for calcium and other minerals to work properly, and because calcium can work against magnesium if the balance of Calcium is higher.

Since I could see that any ingestion method would likely take some time to develop or "open" the body's ability to absorb the mineral, I wondered if I might find a magnesium essential oil of some type which I could apply on my skin.

Allow me to interject a sideline of information which relates directly to the body's (in) ability to assimilate ingested magnesium. I have been aware for quite some time that most foods are now impregnated with soybean products, through a great variety of methods:

Through feeding of animals; through pharming efforts (yes, that's a correct spelling; Google that term and you'll feel like you've stepped into an X-Files movie); through genetic alteration of grown foods; and through additives to foods sold (actually pushed, often through cholesterol phobia) to grocers and restaurants. I've read reports from a variety of doctors and scientists who believe firmly and frighteningly that soybean products give a strong (basically an overdose) estrogen effect (causing premature sexual development, aging and other ailments); and that soybean products are toxic anti-nutrients which block minerals (including magnesium) from being absorbed or assimilated through the intestines (Google "soy" and "harm" and/or read my op-ed on Soy in my book, The DAYS of COFFEE & DONUTS: Non Toxic Soapbox Satire: Who or What is De-Kindling Life? (Nonfiction).

In addition to the reported detrimental effects of overdoses of soy products, even light studies will expose that most of the additives (even the purportedly "natural" ones) in foods debilitate the variety of fats and oils (yes including cholesterol, which is a vitally needed nutrient) which the body needs for most functions it performs, including storage of minerals and vitamins essential for not only basic functions, but for stress or extra ordinary demands of the body when more of these minerals, especially magnesium, are required immediately and desperately, sometimes for an extended period.

If you're interested, take a minute to Google the food additive, "Citric Acid" (aka Sodium Citrate). It has been used in cigarette paper to keep it burning when the smoker isn't puffing. It is also known to break bonds in fat molecules. If cholesterol phobia had any truth to it (I believe there is no truth to that decades pushed phobia), I could see why this might sound good. However, it is my assumption and speculation that when the bonds in fat molecules are broken (or in oil, etc.), they will not have capacity to store the vitamins and minerals they are meant to store. Where's magnesium when you need it? It's been depleted due to oils, fats, etc., being debilitated every which way by nearly every food additive currently used in all prepared foods, including basic cow's milk, cream, and butter. When citric acid isn't added to foods, phosphates are (often both are added plus other "items" which debilitate needed oils), which accomplish the same dissolution of fats and oils, as you can see when you use soap or detergent to wash grease from pans. The soap (phosphates) dissolves the fat, which becomes water soluble and washes away. That's great for external cleaning of culinary utensils (if you rinse them well), but it's not healthful for internal bodily functions which need fully bonded and functioning fats and oils for many vital necessities, including for storing essential nutrients. Within this current, horrifyingly misguided food and drug (anti-cholesterol drugs, etc.) preparation system and situation, a person could weigh several hundred pounds and still have no useable fats or oils in his system.

A friend of mine recently suffered the death of a daughter in her 30's. The daughter, according to the report from her physician, had been given (by a different physician) a new medication which surprised everyone by suddenly depleting the magnesium in her system. Upon retiring for the night, the woman died, from one heartbeat to the next. According to most current speculation, Magnesium releases or relaxes muscles, while Calcium tenses them. According to the reports, the woman's heart contracted, but wouldn't release, due to the sudden depletion of magnesium. She died in minutes.

I'm thankful for this magnesium oil, and for its reasonable price. I've been using it for about a week and am definitely noticing a decrease in symptoms which I've learned to associate with magnesium deficiency. The positive results are much more dramatic than I've received from ingesting the mg tabs.

Now I can sneeze, cough, and move suddenly without the feeling (and fearing) that my entire body is going to fall into (and has in the past) a severe cramping attack. I'm sleeping much more normally and soundly, for longer periods at a time. Sometimes I sleep peacefully, with good dreams, for 6 or 8 hrs straight! I can breathe normally most of the time, and only once in a while now I notice the lead heart feeling or an anxiety level need to get a huge yawn or take a deeper breath, which I can't seem to do. When I've felt the magnesium input take hold in my system, which it does suddenly at times, the only way I can describe the enormously welcome sensation is of suddenly being NORMAL, STRONG, RIGHT, and CLEAR.

At some point, I might try some of the other mg oil products, to compare to this one, but so far, I'm VERY pleased with this one. The "oil" seems to work best when applied on my skin after a hot shower, with the pores open. I sometimes spray it all over my body and leave it on. Other times I just spray it over my chest, abdomen, and tops of my feet. Sometimes it itches mildly for a while, but the feeling passes. Others have noted having more of a skin irritation upon initial uses, but I have not had this problem. Possibly this preparation has a lower percentage of mg to water than others, but the oily feel is definitely strong enough to allow me to believe I'm getting enough of a mg concentration. I do wish the products labeling would give this percentage information.

Thank you Swanson and Amazon for this economical offering of this life restoring product,

Order Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, for normal to oily skin, 16.0 -Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2)

I absolutely love this product!! Not only does it leave my face feeling clean (but not dry) it has totally eliminated the mild to moderate breakouts I'd been suffering from for the past year.

Previously I used Oil of Olay (Clarfiy and Cleanse Foaming Facewash) and just about every Neutragena product for oily skin, but with Neutragena especially, I saw no improvement in my skin :( In retrospect those harsh detergents were probably contributing to the problem, causing a vicious cycle amoung my wallet, my face and the pharmacy skin care lane.

I tried Cetaphil after reading online reviews on [...], and after only 3 months, have seen major improvement (read: not one zit for over 4 wks) Admittedly it is not an overnight miracle, but the only change to my routine including diet, exercise and overall lifestyle has been this product, and I wholly attribue my clear skin to it.

I use this product 2x per day (a.m and p.m), and for my night ritual I use a disposal exfoliating sponge to help remove my makeup, followed by the Oil of Olay Beta Hydroxy night cream. Please note though that I use an eye makeup remover prior to washing my face, (as I would with any other product) and use only a light application of Mineral (powder) foundation, so I cant guarantee that Cetaphil is effective with heavier applications of makeup.

This product is clear, with a smooth consistency and a clean, pleasant scent. It does not lather, rather you massage it onto your skin for it to work its magic. I leave it on my face and neck for 30-45 seconds, then rinse. This cleanser really does rinse clean, with no dryness or tight feeling when pat your face dry, I have even stopped using an astringent/toner, and just go straight to moisturiser.

Altogether I would highly recommend this product, it is super effective yet still gentle, and is very affordably priced, just make sure you get the appropriate formula for your skin type, i.e dry vs oily!!Get more detail about Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, for normal to oily skin, 16.0 -Ounce Bottles (Pack of 2).

Where To Buy La Roche-Posay Active C Eyes Anti-Wrinkle Dermatological Treatment for Eyes (15ml) 0.5 Fluid Ounce

Really like La Roche Posay products; however, this product is apparently an exception. Although advertised for sensitive eyes, product caused extreme puffiness and irritation around the eye area. Another added 'feature' was the large yellow rings that would form around my eyes mid-way through the day. Could have been an allergic reaction or bad product; nonetheless, please be aware that this product may not be as sensitive for the eye area as advertised. I will say that the tube it comes in is very convenient and dispenses just the right amount of product in a sanitary way. Wish it would have worked out...Get more detail about La Roche-Posay Active C Eyes Anti-Wrinkle Dermatological Treatment for Eyes (15ml) 0.5 Fluid Ounce.

Shop For Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild 200ml/6.7oz

I have very problematic skin so I'm always trying out new products in search of beautiful skin. My sister-in-law recommended Clinique's line of skin care products, so I decided since I'd tried everything else, I'd give this one a shot too! I have been so pleased with the results. A lot of products can feel really harsh on my skin, but this one is nice and mild. I feel refreshed after using it and the results are fantastic! After about a month of using it, my breakouts are almost non-existant and I have fresh looking skin. This is a great face wash and I'd recommend it to anyone! They make different kinds for each individual skin type, so make sure you get the right one for you.

NEOCUTIS JOURNEE Bio-Restorative Day Cream SPF 30+ with PSP 1 fl. oz. Review

Though I am unsure of the restorative benefits that Journée may or may not be having on my skin, I am ecstatic about the sunscreen aspect. At 41, having always had oily skin and acne, I have never used a daily sunscreen. They were all too greasy, thick, made my skin very white, or were drying and hard to spread. This product is light and doesn't clog my pores. I am so happy that I can now wear a daily sunscreen. 1 bottle (1 oz) lasts me four months.NEOCUTIS - JOURNÉE Bio-restorative Day Cream with SPF 30+, full size 1.0 OZ (30ml)Get more detail about NEOCUTIS JOURNEE Bio-Restorative Day Cream SPF 30+ with PSP 1 fl. oz..

Buf-Puf Facial Sponge, Regular 1 ea Top Quality

25 years ago my dermatologist suggested the Buf-puf to exfoliate the skin on my face as a part of a maintenance regieme. I have had great luck with the product. My only regret is that it is not available in Canada.

I have one note for new users: ALWAYS use with sufficient soapy lather. It can be very abrasive if you use it without soap. Start with gentle motions and increase pressure as you are comfortable.

Enjoy the fresh clean feeling.Get more detail about Buf-Puf Facial Sponge, Regular 1 ea.

Vita-K Solution Professional Dark Circles .5 oz. This instant

After reading the mixed reviews on this product, I was on the fence about trying it. I found it on sale at my local Rite Aid, so I decided to try it. I'm really glad I did! I'm in my mid-20s but have had pretty bad dark circles and puffiness under my eyes since I was a kid. I think mine are largely due to genetics, but allergies and lack of sleep definitely makes them worse.

This product seems to help a little when you first start using it, but its full benefits definitely build over time. You won't wake up one day and be cured. It's much more gradual and you may not notice it right away. I have been using it about two months now. It has reduced both my dark circles and puffy eye bags. When I don't get enough sleep, it isn't as evident. Please note this product hasn't completely cured my under eye problems, but it sure has made them better. I still have to use concealer, but not as much as I used to. Before I couldn't even cover them completely with concealer! I like the tight feeling it gives me while it is drying. Be sure you use after you wash your face and before you use any other products on your face. After it dries, use a good face lotion, as it can dry out your skin.

Pros:
- It works better than any similar product I have tried
- It has noticeably reduced both my puffiness and dark circles
- The little bottle seems to last a long time
- No smell
- Easy to use
- Has a nice tightening sensation
- Makeup can easily be applied on top (but only when product is dry and you've used lotion!)
- Doesn't seem to cause skin irritation or clog pores

Cons:
- Does not completely cure under eye problems
- Must use lotion or your skin will dry out
- Can burn if you get it too close to your eyes
- If you use too much at a time or without lotion, it will turn into a film that flakes off
- Takes awhile to get full effects
- You MUST use twice a day
- A tad expensive, especially considering you must keep using it to keep the benefits
- Can take a couple of minutes to fully dry
- Bottle can sometimes shoot the product out much faster than you want

Overall, I love this product and plan on buying it again once my bottle runs out. Judging by the other responses, it seems to work for some people and not as much for other. I recommend giving it a try. Be sure to give it some time to work, and you must follow the directions. Also be realistic about what you expect as far as results go. I definitely notice a huge improvement, but I still have under eye dark circles. I don't think any product on the market will COMPLETELY cure under eye problems, but this one makes them a lot better. Neutrogena Ageless Restoratives¿ Anti-Oxidant Moisture Night Cream, 1.7-Ounce Tube Immediately

I am a big fan of Neutrogena since I started using the Anti-Oxidant Age Reverse line of products. The night cream, I believe, is perfect for my age group. I just turned thirty which means my combination skin is starting to get dry in certain areas and I have an uneven tone. I love the look of my skin in the morning now. In fact, I only rinse my face in the morning so as not to remove the "acid mantle" (look it up!), and because it looks so beautiful. It blends into the skin relatively fast (I hate moisturizers that sit on top), and leaves my skin feeling a little tingly- but in a really good way. This is not a typical cream- not for crepey, dry skin.
**Just to help, my (skin) profile: I'm mixed Asian/European with normal/dry skin, pores enlarged (before were non-existant), uneven skin tone, and mild wrinkles on forehead, eyes, and chin; although all are improving including skin clarity and luminescence.**
Has worked wonders for me when I combined it with:Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Intensive Eye Cream, 0.5-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 2) I put it on my forehead wrinkles, chin wrinkle, and of course, my eyes. My forehead actually looks a lot smoother when I use the stuff, the wrinkles look really minimized, nothing else did that. Strongly recommend both.
*I did not like Neutrogena's 14 Day Rescue Kit- NOT RECOMMENDED- eye, night, and day cream seems like a deal, but it's horrible. Sticky and sits on skin. Get more detail about Neutrogena Ageless Restoratives¿ Anti-Oxidant Moisture Night Cream, 1.7-Ounce Tube.

Cellex-C High Potency Serum, 30 ml Review

I was recommended this product for youthful skin, and I really enjoy the skin firming qualities that I've experienced too. The serum is easily applied; I use nightly after cleansing and about 30 minutes or more before I go to sleep. My skin is oily on my nose and cheeks, and so my pores are large. Cellex-C has noticeably reduced my pores, increased my skin's elasticity, and given my ruddy complexion a smoother less red color. I love this product! Olay Definity Night Cream, 1.7-Ounce Best Quality

I'm 25 years old and have been using anti-aging/age-defying products for the past year and a half, as preventative measures. I've used quite a few different brands and always come back to Olay. It's inexpensive and still delivers! I just started using Olay's Difinity Night Cream and I absolutely love it! It's very rich and creamy, not oily or sticky...I have sensetive skin and am prone to breakouts, this doesn't clog my pores and hasn't made me break out at all. And it smells absolutley wonderful! Cause, ladies, I'll be frank, I'm young, and when I get into bed with my husband, I don't want to be reminding him of his grandmother! I've noticed that the newer Olay products are starting to smell a lot better than in the past...but this one is just awesome! It leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and seems to give me a glow. I love it!!!Get more detail about Olay Definity Night Cream, 1.7-Ounce.

derma e Peptides Plus Double-Action Wrinkle Reverse Crème, 2 oz (56 g) Get it now!

After reading all the good reviews on the product from Amazon, I originally bought it for my mom who is 72. She used it for about 2 weeks but did not like it. She didn't like the smell and didn't see any visible changes on her skin either. She gave it back to me to try. I am 43 and have combination & sensitive skin. So I was kind of afraid to try at first beside of its aweful smell. I have used it for about a week as night cream. It seem to be OK as a moisturizer, but I don't see any visibile results on wrinkles. My mom is now using Loreal Collagen Day and Night cream which she likes much better, and it was much cheaper on sale at a drugstore... So I suggest that you don't waste your money on it!
