I had already been using acne creams every day, so keep that in mind. It seemed to work best for me on either very small red pimples, or the ones where you feel a little bump and maybe some soreness (the kind that usually turn into huge, painful pimples), but nothing is really visible yet. If you wake up with a big pimple, don't get your hopes up. It's also very time consuming so if you have more than a few pimples, you'll be sitting there all day with this thing. And it didn't make the pimples completely disappear as quickly as I had hoped, but it did make them fade, not get as big, or disappear faster. So overall I would say it's a decent weapon to have in your arsenal. My biggest complaint is that the batteries die after about 4 or 5 uses! What the hell is that about?
