everything worked out fine as far as receiving the item. the mask itself is okay. i haven't been using it consistantly, but it definitely tightens your face while dry. as far as cleaning out your pores, i'm not so sure. i did use a biore pore strip after using this mask and it did not extract any blackheads, but that might just be because this mask does a good job at tightening your pores up as i didn't see a visiable difference. personally, i think that the avocado clay mask by freeman works better at cleaning out blackheads in my pores as i can see a visiable difference from that. it didn't make my skin red, but thats probably because my skin is not sensitive at all. it did make my mother's skin a little red briefly after washing it off, as i've seen other people report.
