I opted for a more expensive brand and design over this one initially. I wish I'd have been cheap and just bought this one in the first place. The other one was sharp and it was hard to use without cutting the skin. Defeats the whole purpose of using a tool instead of your finger nails. Anyway, the loops on the Revlon gently coax out trapped white or black heads of all sizes. One complaint on many of these is that one loop is too big and, therefore, useless.
