The Nivea Energizing Face Scrub is not only great for an active person like me but it also is great for a morning face cleanser. I have used many types of face scrubs that could not stand up to the test of removing oils, dirt and grease form the skin and deep pores (and keep it off!!). I run, swim, personal train, work in a kitchen all day, and while attending night school. This stuff has no problem getting trough the oils my face has at the end of the day as well as the morning.
